The hotel is in an excellent location, steps away from major attractions like Belvedere and the hop on hop off bus stop. There are also several nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. the rooms are big, clean, and modern, with all the necessary amenities like an iron and excellent AC. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing great advice on exploring the city. the location is well, connected with public transport, making it easy to get around.

The hotel is a bit far from U, Bahn station, requiring a half, hour walk in hot weather.

Convenient location, great room with facilities needed for a stay with a small kid, friendly service, wonderful and elegant breakfast, small but reasonable gym - overall very pleasant stay

As youngsters, we loved the modern and spacious suites with separate TV areas. the bathroom was well-designed and had a luxurious shower and bathtub. the location, although not in the center, was in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by embassies. the nearby Belvedere Palace and attractions were within walking distance. the café across the street, Café de las Artes, had a Mediterranean vibe and friendly staff. the hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Felt incredibly welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.
